What do you like best?
Cheskster consolidates the ratings from the reviews from the references, hence saving time and effort on part of the recruiting team. Survey's can be customized based of the role requirements.

The candidate quality check questionnaire doesnt seem very effective, does not offer background checks to complete the entire hiring process.

The variety of questions this asks is awesome. It sends in the data already aggragated which makes it easier to digest.
What do you dislike?
Regardless of whether or not you select peer or supervisor, it always asks questions about your work experience with the applicant. If you are using someone as a personal reference, with whom you’ve never worked, it get confused and leaves them wondering how to answer.

HR benefits. It is a way of getting references without having to call tons or people and gives the applicant peace of mind that you won’t immediately call their current job for a reference unless they add them.

I like that it offers a choice to the references of when they can complete a reference. I think it asks the obvious questions.

. I can't get the same affect of hearing a reference when it is a compassionate response as a pose to getting a form filled out.

It may save a few extra minutes in the day, however I've probably got more done in phone calls then via email as not everyone is checking emails. I
