Mass mailing and fetching resume is good compare to other portals.

Report fetching, Tracking Information, its good to create database and to make a organised information for backtrack.
What do you like best?
I like the fact it can be customized as per the organization needs. Any changes one needs can be done to best fit us . Sometimes the changes are quick , sometimes it takes a little longer depending what changes we are looking for .
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it gets tough to search candidates on Ceipal based on the boolean search . The boolean search can give all sorts of mixed results and then we might have to again refine it . Also for a news user it might get a litttle confusing to go through so many tabs that it has . Only a proper training can help us juice all the features properly .

Ceipal can be a excellent tool for someone who needs to evaluate the company based on the numbers and reports from all the employees . One should switch to Ceipal becuase all your existing data can be migrated to ceipal .
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are a consulting firm and have had so much of scattered data for so many years . With Ceipal now we have got all together and using it for our benefit . Also tracking performances of our individual employees and team have got a lot easier .
What do you like best?
Easy to configure, easy to operate and user-friendly UI. Access Management is easy to configure.
All in all a full functionality provided to manage entire workforce with end to end processes including time sheets, personal and immigration related document upload facility,
Built in Workflows and triggers for approvals and escalation path,
I had a great experience with very prompt support on any help required for customization of tools given by Product Support executive and we were delighted with his knowledge and enthusiasm.
What do you dislike?
Issue management needs to be configured for service based Service Level Agreements to be measured and reported.

I loved the experience i get when i use ceipal, the boolean accuracy, pipeline, candidate notes, internal database, bulk mails to vendors, I used ceipal for almost 1 year and i miss it now in my new place
What do you dislike?
Ceipal have many options and updates to their ATS regularly, So errors are short term, I can say that i used to not like the performance report accuracy,
