What do you like best?
I like this software because we make task bar and connect them in dashboard

The bad properties of this tool is user interfaces are too complex.

What do you like best?
Managing a project can be quite complicated, the accumulation of documents, papers, drafts is sometimes exhaustive and overwhelming, this tool greatly simplifies all this, because in a screenshot you can have a vision of the project, as well as the actions of the collaborators, modifications, adjustments, fulfillment of tasks, etc. Perhaps what I like the most is this, being able to simplify everything in a tool, besides the possibility of tracking the tasks assigned even in times, associating it with the Google calendar, this is just another element in favor, the link with other tools such as Dropbox, Box and Google.
What do you dislike?
What has not been totally pleasing, is that it does not adapt to your project, but to a certain extent the project has to adapt to the tool. Maybe when you have projects with a lot of specificity it is not as effective, for this reason we use it for simpler projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ideal for project managers, it is a dynamic and efficient way to maintain a general vision of the project. It is easy to use, the platform is friendly, the tutorials and technical support are very useful to clarify doubts and take your project to a large visual map, considering that it is more than a project management tool.

We use it occasionally, when there are projects that can be adjusted to the tool. It has been quite useful to be able to concentrate everything in one place and even carry out a remote monitoring, allowing progress towards the achievement of the project's objectives. As a collaborative space, it is ideal.

If you have a team and need a manager to manage all your team member task and progress, Casual.PM will work well for your team. Layout for the task workflow really show how good this software is compared to other project management software. You can stack list of tasks like a waterfall, so you know which step have been done, and what is next. You won’t miss anything. It’s so easy that make my team work so smooth.
What do you dislike?
I'm hoping developer can add function that user can change color for each task. It will be a nice addition for this software. Other then that, I am totally satisfied with the performance of the system. I liked it very much. Nothing i disliked so far.

I am really suggesting small team or growing team to start with Casual.PM, i will help your team manage their task more smoothly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It make the task workflow so easy and transparent to be followed by my team. I have a team member which are non professional project manager, complicated grant chart and other pro project management stuff make my team really overwhelm and confused. Visually workflow really helps them.
What do you like best?
Casual.PM has a straightforwards steps to get your project up and running without many hassle unlike other other project management software. Their visual project map really helped me get on track for project progress without have to manually open the project files and it saves me from confusion of which one is which. Me and my team has easily collaborate on the same project and there are no limit on how many people can be added on the project.The notification or alert setting also work so well in alerting me about project changes or status of the project.
What do you dislike?
There will be a problem if I need to execute complex project using Casual.Pm. This software are suitable for a simple and easy project, many advance features like kanban or scrum that are needed for more elaborate project are missing. It will be a good additional features to be added. Other then that, Casual.Pm has serves us well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really recommend Casual.PM as your project management software as it will not take to much learning curve to get familiar with the software and their guides and documentation is really useful for new user to learn.

Many of my co-workers are not familiar or trained with proper project system and most project management software can be quite confusing for them to have a effective project collaborating with more senior workers. Casual.PM has help us to overcome this problem and acted as middleman so everyone can be on the same page.
