What do you like best?
A centralised location to view all the shares , equity and employee stocks.very little effort to navigate and it gives all the data we need .
What do you dislike?
Very clunky looking, it needs more good interface . But nice to have this app.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It allows me to manage all my equity in one place so I can easily issue stock and engage with my shareholders in meaningful ways.
What do you like best?
Easy to use interface.
Provides great customer service.
Maintain records which are easy to access , use and update.
What do you dislike?
Had some problems while calculating stock.
Couldn't calculate formula based milestone vesting.
But Capshare was able to solve problems over time.

We use Capshare to manage our company's cap table.
Allow us to have one centralised location to review and maintain record.

I appreciate the simplicity of the platform. It makes it easy to see what you have and what to expect in the future.

I don't have any complaints. It works as expected.

I use it to view my shares and vesting schedule.
What do you like best?
The ability to cut/paste data entry with Excel-like functionality made on-boarding very quick and painless. The ease of navigation around the program was intuitive making for quick searches and edits.
What do you dislike?
The online investor access was somewhat limited, as grouping investors was unavailable as were some basic customization, like displaying the % of overall ownership.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
High quality, yet simple to use Cap Table cloud-based software system. Very quick to on-board and enter data using cut & paste and other Excel spreadsheet-like functionality.

Upgrading the investor activity from Excel to a more professional record keeping and presentation tool
What do you like best?
The basic language used are very basic and easily understanable for new individuals, providing them a platform to learn and grow.

The amount of time required are sometime very tiring, the things are sometime pathetic.

The knowledge of Share market and trading are increasing day by day and i am able to understand the trading better.
