What do you like best?
Really nothing to like and we used it for 15+ months. Spent thousands of dollars and our clients received not benefit.
What do you dislike?
User interface is cumbersome. Customer Service never solved any problems. Just sent links for us to figure out ourselves. I'd rather buy a number from Twilio and redirect it.
I have several support tickets that I never received followup. Our Agency is busy and I'm taking valuable time to add our comments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pick a company that will support their product and a product that is evolving. Same identical User Interface. Bloated and clunky.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There are a handful of better solutions than CTM. If wasting time is a benefit. They nailed it.
What do you like best?
The dynamic number insertion (DNI) feature and FormReactors are handy. I've yet to find another product with a DNI feature that was as easy to use.
What do you dislike?
The contact center side of the product is amateur, at best. If you're planning on integrating this product with your CRM, look elsewhere. Salesforce is the #1 CRM in the world and, yet, CTM's Salesforce Lightning integration is plagued with never-ending stream bugs that severely impact my agents' work efficiency. If you don't want to spend thousands more per month for premium support, then you had better get comfortable with a buggy product because CTM's freemium support plan is basically just canned responses with no SLAs for follow-up or case resolution.

I signed up for this because a business coach recommended it. I love the idea of it and have had a subscription for about two or three months, but haven't had a chance to actually use it yet.
I'm writing this review because CallTracking has asked me to provide a review. I'm also hoping that sticking my neck out here will require me to do some work to get out a product that can use one of the tracking numbers, at which point I'll either update this or post a new review.

The problem I hope to solve is determining whether particular mailings are worth doing, based on the response I get to them. How do I determine whether someone is responding to my mailer rather than other things in the marketplace? By placing a different call number out there.
