What do you like best?
Decent customer support during regular office hours. It was helpful to discuss issues with the agents.
What do you dislike?
Very difficult to set up phone number. While purchasing them is easy, setting them up with voicemails and making sure they are ready to accept calls or texts was difficult. I had to work with an agent on that and they were confused as to why the number's weren't working yet. The process to assign voicemails was also confusing. It also seemed like the system made un-authorized changes to my voicemail process. So when i thought I had it set up and saved, i'd check back and it appeared that something had changed. Rather frustrating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the agents walk you through everything since their system is confusing and glitchy. Or just try another company. I have had a good experience with Vumber on a large inbound campaign.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I was trying to buy some phone numbers for an inbound campaign. However CallFire was difficult to use and because it was unclear when the numbers were working or not (there seemed to be a confusing lag in when numbers became active) it became impossible to use their service.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Been 4 months and my phone main business phone # is still in porting status, not receiving text messages and not able to text broadcast from that number. My incoming text messages are going into a black hole. Tech support and head of porting scoffs it off like no big deal (snickering in background), but my business is suffering from the fact the numbers are not functioning properly. My business is run with a main phone # like most. Our clients expect to get a text message from a particular phone # (our main #).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have not been able to send/receive text message (broadcast) from that number for 4 months. Call fire has dropped the ball numerous times porting this number. They say it is correctable but 2 months have gone by and still no fix or accountability. Now, the head of porting (Tom) is stating there are no notes in their system saying I have been having trouble with this issue, which is Typical for a large corporation that has no accountability, everything is, "we apologize for the inconvenience". This isn't an inconvenience. An inconvenience is when they are out of your favorite brand of paper towels. I'M TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS HERE. This is my source of income. Worst mistake ever to put my trust of one of my companies most valuable assets in the hands of Callfire, Inc.

problem keep unsolved all the time
this service sent automated calls out to thousands of voters at 2:30AM instead of PM ( the setting i chose). I lost the election by 200 votes out of over 100,000 total votes cast.Callfire did, after a month, reimburse the cost of their fees.
