WRITE A REVIEWThe service worked well for the first couple of weeks and then we ran into a wave of different problems like:1. Large latency in sending the messages2. Some of the messages weren't delivers to the end user at all3. When writing to a new contact for the 1st time - the message is sent twice4. The names of the contact are not syncronized across with the original WhatApp application5. No ability to send voice messages, files or see if the messages was delivered or read.The only reason I gave them 2 stars is becaues the support is really always there and tries hard to cover up all the flaws the service has. But overall experience is disgusting. Not recommended.
What do you like best?
With Callbell it is really easy to integrate your social media channels (instagram, whatsapp, telegram etc) so that people chat with you when they are on your website. The basic function is free, which I find awesome. When you want more specific functionalities such as chat inbox and a mobile app you'll have to pay a monthly fee for number of users.
What do you dislike?
When first introducing callbell on our website we used the free version in order to get an impression of Callbell. We had some troubles and therefore we contacted their support, which took quite some time. But when you are a paying customer they are much faster. They should also pay some attention to the free customers, since they might become paying ones like us.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Integrate a chat button, so that website visitors can easily contact us if they have any questions regarding our service. This enables us to be much faster and interactive with our customers instead of classic emails.
What do you like best?
Integration is Callbell's strong point. It can be integrated with WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, which helps us to have a better connection with customers. Although I have little time using it, I feel very satistecho with this product.
What do you dislike?
The design of Callbell is not the best, I do not like the colors of the design. Also, I do not find customization features.

If I recommend it with absolute confidence, I recommend it 100%.

We managed to solve problems to achieve a good integration with the most used social networks at present. Callbell helps us to have everything very organized

Being able to understand customers with Callbell is something that is priceless, the live chat through Callbel is fantastic. Having a product capable of integrating the most popular social platforms today is incredible, it allows us to be in total connection with people is a single page. We can communicate with customers through different social channels and more used, this is priceless.
What do you dislike?
It is necessary to have more functions, there are no functions such as screen sharing, which is not very good and creates a disadvantage when communicating with different channels.

At present there are many communication platforms, for this reason a product such as Callbell is necessary that allows the integration of the different platforms in one place. It is easier to communicate with customers through Callbell than through Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp individually.

We managed to execute communication strategies with much stronger clients with Callbell, thanks to the fact that we managed to integrate different platforms into a single product and without complex and long configuration processes.

Callbell plans are very good and economical, provides us with high quality free plans, improved quality paid plans and can evaluate the requirements of companies to find a plan according to our specifications. In addition, Callbell is already a necessity for us because we have managed to establish a new and improved interaction with all people since Callbell, it is a solid, effective and simple interaction, all from a single page.
What do you dislike?
It can be very fragile, I don't see an option that allows me to divide the main page into several parts to be able to view the WhatsApp, Instagram and telegran conversations at the same time, I think that being able to divide the screen would be a good function and I want them to be able to incorporate quickly.

You will have a lot of confidence and speed at the moment is to establish strategies with various social networks, with Callbell you can use many social media platforms at the same time and without spending a lot of time using them, you can manage them all from Callbell. If you must use social networks to communicate with customers, it is better with Callbell.
