The new sage HR app is dire beyond belief. It is staggering that a new app has been developed and it is worse by a mile than the first one. It has less functionality and has no calendar function in fact less can be don’t with it than the old app. The product is great as a Desktop version.
Very negative experience with customer support: they don’t understand customer requests, send formal replies, do not react on feedback and possibilities to improvement. You have to push them to do their job. Also, the interface itself needs a lot of improvements. In additional, Customer Support wrongly interprets GDPR rules and decline almost every request based on „GDPR privacy concerns“. Why customer support exists if they are not able to work?

Purchased the trial. Tried to set up But had a few questions Couldn’t get in touch with customer support and it was just as much work as me entering the information In manually
The software is fine and does what’s needed for my business. The problem is the calls and emails from Cake never stop. I setup a free trial and the flood of calls and emails started. I liked the software and subscribed and yet the calls and emails didn’t let up. Had to finally beg them to stop flooding my inbox with emails.
