What do you like best?
I like the search function, so long as people who are managing the assets are titling correctly.
What do you dislike?
Don't think the tagging / organizational capabilities are very strong. Also, the load times are very slow on average.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a really clear way to sort / tag / organize your content and that it is clearly communicated to users as well as administrators.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sharing sales enablement materials, marketing assets as well as source files. I don't think sales has really been using it effectively. Sales people can tend to be very simple creatures, and the software is a bit under-intuitive.
What do you like best?
The easiness in customizing the site so that you can have it be best for your staff to use. I also like how it has been made into a portal for our team so that we are able to really make a ton of edits to it so that it is truly a portal for our organization.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it can be slow and difficult to navigate. I think our team needs to work on this and not so much Bynder. The one thing is it being slow and that could be helped by the Bynder company to make the site more efficient and easy to use.

I think look into it and see if you can customize it for your company.

Making it more and more customized for our organization. The benefits is that it stores a ton of files such as photos and videos.
What do you like best?
On-boarding process and assistance with creating valuable taxonomy, tagging and SSO capabilities. Bynder makes sharing resources with internal and external constituents easy, and creating collections of alike assets.
What do you dislike?
After working with Bynder for a year, their customer service continued to decline as we have waited sometimes 3 weeks to over a month for responses from their "customer success squad," and our customer success manager. They make it difficult to surface updated agreements after adding seats/users to the platform.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sharing most up-to-date digital assets across a global company, collaborating with third-party agency partners within their Workflow platform to reduce back-and-fourth communication and see progress more efficiently.
What do you like best?
ease of use, waiting room, public links for assets, collection sharing for assets
What do you dislike?
implementation process was long, miscommunication between Bynder US and EU

Do not attempt to implement Bynder with teams which are not in the same timezone you are in!
