What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to say that the storefront is the perfect widget within the Bunchball. We are able to distribute thousands of hundreds of points on a monthly basis and we have found zero percent error rate into transactional components that are associated with crediting, debiting and reporting on the fulfilled items, points spent and on points issued.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Drawing an analogy with its technology is as same as building a house and getting the toolbox with hammer, screwdriver and wrench. It is possible to do that, but one thing you should know about Bunchball is the fact that they offer software and not consultant. So, don’t ask them to provide you with some advice or even expertise. This software offers you great set of tools and building of the whole process is only your vision and not theirs. I have found that some of the capabilities cannot be applicable and the tools they offer are basic and in most cases are not relevant to us. You need to use it for trophies, leaderboards, badges and feeds in order to recognize success. You have to design support and build on your own.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The usage of Bunchball’s gamification tools depends on your vision and creativity. After 9 months we have found a way hot to engage a workforce at all fundamental levels in order to increase sales performance, productivity and to improve the job satisfaction.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Bunchball interface is easy to learn and use. You can easily integrate its capabilities into other products you use. Its customer service team are always here to support you in your work and they provide helpful lessons/tutorials so you can use the software to its fullest.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Within this software you can find great features, but you need to customize some things to some level. It takes a bit more work and time to get things work the way you want.

Bunchball helped us to improve our customer engagement with its gamification apps.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Bunchball's people have been great from the beginning. They know plenty and have been a big help. Making use of the control panel is simple. It helped us post challeges efficient on our site and swap out current ones. APIs were really simple to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had to do some workaround with codes for customizations to fully take effect. We could use some added flexbility within the console. All in all, we were satisfied with how we were able to implement things.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to find ways to enhance client registrations and engagement on our site. We also want to keep certain parts within our site exposed so users can spot them. We were finally able to achieve such goals.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am very satisfied with their customer service, they are very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Bunchball’s control panel is easy to use. We are able to post challenges to our site quickly and efficiently and even to change the existing ones. The API’s is easy to use, we were allowed to make some customizations if needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In order to customize fully we needed to do some code-work. We could have used it in more flexible ways. All in all, we were very satisfied with the implementation and usage of the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a tool that could help us to increase the engagement and the registrations on the site. This solution helped us to show off parts of our site that viewers couldn’t find. Thanks to Bunchball we managed to achieve those goals.
