What do you like best?
The transparency it gives to all of our vendors and the ability for them to see all of their projects and track the milestones that they're paid out on.
What do you dislike?
You really have to play around in it to figure out how to do things. It's not very intuitive, and even some basic things I've wanted to do weren't covered in the help or the training section, so it's a lot of figuring things out on your own.
I'm also not wild about it using flash. Many times people have trouble getting flash to work in their browsers (it took me more than a day), but you can't move around within the website without it,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You'll likely encounter a lot of issues up front while you're learning to use it. Once you figure it out though, it's extremely useful for tracking projects and payments. We have several hundred vendors from the IT software we use to individual sales reps, and it's an excellent tool for staying on top of payments that are due every week to that many different vendors.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were able to create individual vendor accounts for all of our sales reps to track progress and statuses on projects they've sold and to see dates and amounts that they're scheduled for payment. Each vendor has their own login, which eliminates the need for the reps to have to continually ask the finance department for updates.
