What do you like best?
Track Phases throughout the project and share files company wide
What do you dislike?
Navigation is counter-intuitive and redundant. Several unnecessary options you have to click thru to do basic tasks. Needs to combine Files and Photos uploads into one directory.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Manage projects company wide and give access to team members that need it.
What do you like best?
Client Online portal, not worth the cost for just this.
What do you dislike?
Long time customer, when we started with them they promised no increase in prices to their long time clients. After four year they doubled the cost from one month to the next . At this point they know you have too much time invested in their project to switch. When questioned about it they admitted what they were doing was wrong but didn’t really care. Pay up or lose all of your info or try to start with another company. I know this will be the first of many large increases to come so be careful when you sign up because they won’t stick to their word.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t get sucked in by the price they tell you, once they have you committed the costs will sky rocket. Better to start off with a higher priced product and a firm pricing structure ..

Hard to get subs and clients to use, the budgeting is the only part that we find useful.

They didn't have an app when we used it.

I love the ability to have a living document that all people can collaborate on to build a home with almost no details missed.

It is dreadfully slow for most of our office. We struggle to work quickly & efficiently.
