What do you like best?
The pictures and the app. The instant messaging feature is also helpful.
What do you dislike?
The parent contacts/ family contacts, can be confusing as to who sees all of the feed info. Better ability to communicate with staff.

Constant communication with parents.

Parents can easily access all of the happenings in their child’s day.

Brightwheel is often slow. Sometimes it freezes up as well making in-the-moment childcare difficult.

I like the ability to communicate with parents and keep them up to date on their child's day

I don't like that when putting in lunch you have to clicker every child to put in their specific lunch. We should be able to put what all the kids are and then click a button for how much they ate

Lack of information that parents receive. It makes them feel connected to their children

The communication abilities to keep in touch with parents.

While our organization no longer uses billing, I would say just in the little bit I've had to do going back and getting invoices that the interface needs work. I have to click on several things to get any where and then there is no easy way to go back, everytime i have to start over at the all students page.
