What are the best aspects of this product?

All our documents and data are on Breeze. Because it's in the cloud, we can access member contact details, event information, and other forms anywhere and anytime. It simplified our system, so we're now more consistent with our service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times that there are too many functions to choose from, that filter creation takes more time than necessary.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to be more organized with the data we have. It's easier to reach out to a specific group of members for a specific purpose or event because of this.

Breeze makes it easy for us to add filter functions on the database when we need to search through it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to take fewer clicks to be able to use Breeze much better.

It's easier to find people now with Breeze.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's good that it has all of our data on file and we can easily monitor who among the team is in for the day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

UI and navigation could improve because it took me some getting used to, but other colleagues found it ok, so I guess it depends on a variety of situations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It enables one go-to platform for all information we need, and it's arranged so that we can cull data on an as-needed basis. For example emergency contacts.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We've been using this for more than a year now and have been grateful to their customer support team's help. They're always on hand to respond to our concerns or special requests to help make our experience with the software loads better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Glitches on the iPhone version of the app could be improved. Sometimes it hangs and brings me back to the app's home page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Breeze allowed us to be able to collect our member database and information on a single platform through e-forms for easy access, which helped us re-align our efforts.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's useful that we have lanyards with scan-ready codes, instead of taking time to search for each person that enters.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Volunteer scheduling could be improved and be made easier to understand, otherwise, the tendency is that we're being penalized for exceeding our volunteer allotment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to track the attendance of our staff and volunteers.
