one place but not well organized........

it's not unique, it doesn't use any learning to improve and it just relies on you to make it work.

Tagging feature for custom organization.

Very slow and takes a lot of clicks to move around, not very intuitive UI.

File storage and vendor access to assets.

Having everything in one place and easy to use tags to locate what I am looking for is a real time saver. The search function also helps when you are looking for a specific item. The fact that everything is displayed and you don't have to open each item to find out what the image is works great.

Very poor service offering rewards for reviews then not honoring.

Having all the items in a single place across the entire suite of products in a single place is a tremendous time saver. The ability to download items in multiple formats and multiple sizes is great because not every use should be the same size and or format.

Having a shared repository for my organization.

Plug-ins were a huge failure that wasted time finding out how poorly they functioned. Loading multiple items is often buggy, wasting time. Can't recognize many file formats, such as AI or PSD, correctly –BF attempts to combine or ignore them as the default. These are core formats that have existed for decades and to not be able to handle them properly shows massive incompetence.

Be aware that features promoted may not always work well.

It's slightly better than DropBox. Sometimes better than Google Drive.
