What do you like best?
1. It comes with pre built in templates like Travel Agency template, Restaurant template.
2. It take some time to figuring out its integration with facebook messenger but then it work pretty well.
3. One more thing I liked about Botsify is they assign dedicated customer relations manager from whom you can enquire anything.
4. Easily integrated and embedded with websites.
What do you dislike?
1. It is paid and you just get 14 days free trail to explore the product then they charge 50$ per month.
2. Not that much popular so user base is small.
3. It takes time to grasp all these thing for a naive user.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's good for growing business when you want to reach to your customer in shortest possible time and can resolve their query.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Automatic reply by boats using the Botsify for the most of basic question asked by users.
Response time of business may drastically increased
