Marg Bookafy

It was a great service before we started using it with our clients. We were paying $200 for all our staff, and they simply ignored my support emails. What's worse is their "translation". Main reason why I decided to use Bookafy was their available languages. It sounded great that they have multiple languages support. However, the problems started immediately:- Users (e.g. your staff) have only English interface. When I contacted their support team they didn't provide any support and kept me waiting "for updates".- Clients get awful notifications in any language except English. For example, my clients get an SMS reminder 15 minutes before the event which writes "Your meeting is in 15 HOURS". Really? The first reminder which is set to send 2 days before the event says "Your meeting is in 48 hours". What's the problem to say something like "Your meeting is on "date&time"?- You simply can't change what's written in the email or SMS.- Booking page is awfully designed. Let me say that in English it's fine. Any other language breaks it completely until it's impossible to use. E.g. the layout is broken and cells go mixed.- When a user (staff) syncs their Google calendar it's supposed to work two-side so that a client can't book the time which is already taken in the Google calendar (it's what two-side sync actually means). However, I got numerous time conflicts because of this.It's just the start actually. I'm switching to another service because it became impossible to use this one.

Dishonest company that makes their money by giving a free trial and then putting you on the highest paid package. Then charging money quietly. Took me 8 months to figure out which company was charging me each month. When I found out I sent an email to them and a month later, they still haven't answered. They are still trying to charge me money even though I ended the service...The actual service is poorly made and has very limited customization options.Stay away!Response to Bookafy’s 1st response:Good thing you deleted the first response to my review since it looked like it was written by a cocky 16 year old boy. Response to Bookafy’s 2nd response:We would've been happy to refund if had asked nicely. Instead she emailed saying, "either refund everything or I will post a bad review about you." And, since we arent into extorsion... I said no. What??? This is a blatant lie? You flagged my intital review as Harmful to have customers not see the bad review. Then after Trustpilot reviewed it, the review got posted back up again quickly, (shocker right?). Then you desperately tail up a complete lie about an email extorsion from a customer? How desperate are you to actually do this? The most insane thing I have ever witnessed! To finally convince potential customers for Bookafy to look somewhere else, these are the emails that have been sent. (I would be happy to show screenshots).1st email-"Hello, I just saw that I have been charged over $100 for the past 8 months and as you can see the account is still inactive and nothing has been done with it. Is it possible to get a refund? If not, I understand but then please cancel my subscription since I am not using your service".2nd email (2 weeks later)-Hello?? Could you please respond to my email. You are still trying to charge me money…3rd email (4 weeks later)-*** is this scam company…
