This is because of its superior flexibility that lets us change and improve the virtualization it brings according to our demands, and it helps us make the most out of other existing software in our company. We can also gather complete data through the platform, which is helpful in gaining high quality data of our metrics on demand. Moreover, Blue Prism functions round the clock for a whole year without stopping, and it is more affordable than other RPA.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It cannot track incidents; both through its metrics and its reports. Modifying its system demands help from the Uipath professionals to do the job. Also, we have noticed it produces bigger ROI on a medium and longer term period.

Blue Prism is extremely useful for our company. It virtualizes access to specific areas in our company with the help of a QR program, which in turn grants or denies permission to each personnel. It has super quick response time, even if it has many points to control with a lot of users on a given time. In addition, it records all tracked activities according to the strict security model that our company implements. Blue Prism also allows all authorized users on the dashboard to control our workloads, as well as it lets us track the work of a user for a project in a certain day.

Blue Prism increases the demand for critical software maintenance in our system tools. It makes us fully reliant on such software and their interfaces too. As a result, it impedes our company innovation in some ways.

The platform is convenient to use that you can create an account instantly, plus it works well with the browser. It is a simple and flexible tool that is compatible with other software you need. You won’t have a hard time syncing and analyzing processes too, which makes it fantastic in terms of assuring compliance. This drastically decreases the amount of errors our employees make, boost accuracy and quality of results, as well as it makes our processes faster with lesser operational cost. Blue Prism is the biggest key on how we have optimized our time saving, management processes and innovation. And all of these perks keeps all our staff, users and partners happy.

Tracing the RPA system to do some tweaks on the software isn’t cheap, which means innovating through Blue Prism demands bigger cost too. Thus, we cannot simply activate a huge number of bots in a short period. We’ve also noticed that Blue Prism creates some sort of obstacles in our operations because it modifies the system. Moreover, we have spotted some incidents of data corruption on the platform.

Blue Prism is a great solution that automates our file classification tasks. It automatically labels each document with great accuracy, do it in a consistent manner, greatly reduces time consumed for the task, and ultimately decreases cost. And because this RPA is based on Personal Learning Network system, it gradually improves it performance by doing more of specific tasks. The more document it handles, the faster it does the job. Say, when it manages invoicing, its AI systems kicks-in such as its OCR. Then, it can automatically read a supplier’s name, so it performs particular action in the account payables without manual help.

Blue Prism decreases the amount of manual workload by automating recurring processes. Easy to use, since it runs on drag and drop feature for structuralizing the tasks. It lets us control its bots by changing their assignment, and we can add new bots when necessary. Blue Prism runs faster than other RPA too. As a result, we can manage the critical points of resource availability, priority and demands with full efficiency anytime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We need to pay more each time we need to do some modification in the platform. Also, tweaking its modules means connecting with the support team for assistance.

Blue Prism allows us to leverage on an RPA with highly intuitive and secured bots. They are efficient on the cloud or on our devices, and we can provide separate bots for separate users too. Blue Prism is helpful for handling conference room and parking lot bookings, even when using our smartphones. As a result, it is efficient and easy for us to manage reports, and to know essential booking details. We can identify who have made certain bookings, and if they can cancel reservations or not.
