What do you like best?
How easy it is to use, the software tools work well. Things very frequently go as planned, little issues (if any). So good, there is no better choice. Keeping projects moving according to the timeline is always a top priority, hence why this is a good fit.
What do you dislike?
Not much, it works and has no known glitches. Good thing there are not many things to say in this category, when things are working its great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep up the good work, from the best that I can tell - the product is stellar.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
QA - it speeds the timing up. The people on the team find it beneficial to solve business problems mostly related to quality assurance and making sure the end user has everything they need.

Being able to write posts to the entire Federation community or to individual groups.
What do you dislike?
The speed of the website; it's often slow to load.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Engaging more with the Federation marketing directors and encouraging them to post assets that others will find helpful.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Bloomfire is a very effective tool when it comes to oganizing and categorizing information. This allows for quick and easy access to information for all team members. The features are so useful, especially the part where we can associate a certain region to a certain topic.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's impossible to copy posts via API. Documentation is also a problem with the content API.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Bloomfire resolved our challenges in getting communications out to our agents the fastest way possible.

Organization of content and types is very useful and makes it easy for users to understand.
The ease of content creation has also been very helpful in getting all our users to author things.
What do you dislike?
Permissions and data architecture is not aligned with the way we work. Groups act as the boundaries for information and cause posts to end up in multiple places. The result is disparate answers to the same question which cannot be brought together without an added cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1) Defining the structure of the knowledge base your organization needs without the tool in mind is paramount. Changes to the Bloomfire platform make the structure a bit more fluid, but any solution chosen here should fit your org. I do not believe that your knowledge should be restructured to fit the tool.
2) Get your knowledge organized while looking for a provider of a solution. We were delayed on launch due to internal timelines related to getting info into the system.
Bloomfire offers services to help, but having everything organized first will help in those conversations greatly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Solves for:
Storage of our business' collective knowledge.
Documentation of our business processes.
Forum to answer product, operational or market questions as they relate to our business.
Each of these problems have been solved with Bloomfire. The largest realized benefit is the fact that this is now our collective brain. If we know something, it is in Bloomfire. That we do not need to navigate various systems is amazing.
