What do you like best?
It is simple to integrate into our existing workflows. VDC manager loves the metrics that come out showing the issues, we use this at all our BIM coordination meetings.
What do you dislike?
I have a difficult time navigating in the model to look at other trade's work in 3D.

Make sure everyone understands how it is going to be used.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's easy to create issues and track when they are resolved.
What do you like best?
Point and click to an object and it brings you back to either revit or naviworks to that exact component.
What do you dislike?
Some of the formatting issues while trying to export a PDF report could be customized to match current company templates.

If your looking for a well designed and perfect addition to your revit or navisworks constructability review process, this is a perfect option for you.

Quick and dirty Constructability Reviews, much faster and clean when you are trying to work on multiple projects all together.
What do you like best?
BIM track is a relatively easy to use software that one can learn relatively quickly. We use it for MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) model coordination purposes.
What do you dislike?
Some of the software is not very intuitive, if you want to get past a baseline understanding, the learning curve is difficult. Since the software is cloud based, there are sometimes synchronizing issues/bugs that are a little frustrating to troubleshoot. If you have good internet speed and a good processor, this may be less of a problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have someone to train you in person.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Using it in project management MEP coordination has proven useful. There are certainly time/location coordination benefits, similar with any cloud based software.
What do you like best?
The fact that we can have users scanning and running clash in Navis and I can view those same viewpoints in Revit is huge. No longer looking at the model and trying to verify I am in the same place. Having the clahses assigned is saving time for us to go through all the clashes and rename and place in folders for assigning the resposible or effected parties reduces our time spent on generating reports.
What do you dislike?
If we could generate views for non-clashes. Something that they would like to see modified but isn't a clash would be helpful. But overall this has been very useful not many dislikes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't think you will find anything that will do what they are doing here. The sorting and assigning of clashes saves time and allows you to track without manually going through and moving items into a resolved folder.

This saves us a lot of time being able to have users in different programs running reports and others fixing them in the other software. We are also tracking the clashes better so we can see how long it is taking to address the issues and see who is or is not taking care of their assignments.
What do you like best?
Direct integration with our everyday software items. Tekla / Revit / and Navisworks are all constantly open on my PC and when I have an issue to report its a simple click away from adding to BimTrack.
What do you dislike?
Custom formatting for exporting and printing PDF reports. We constantly share information with our internal and external project teams. PDF's are a perfect tool for stamping this moment in time, and looking back at progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Involve others in the decision making process when deciding if BIM Track is right for your projects. You will be more successful when implementing if some of the team has already looked into it with you.
