I bought a shirt from there not too long ago and I picked the wrong size and the shirt was way too big so of course I tried to return it in exchange for a smaller size and I am still trying. : Tried sending them an email asking to exchange the shirt but they keep asking for information about the delivery that we have given them a million times and now I am pretty sure that I am stuck with a huge shirt that WOULD be awesome if it was in my size and that I cannot wear.

Bought a babybody on May30 and paid same day but it has never arrived... I live in Denmark and calculated some time before arrival...But it is now Juli 22 and when i have written (several times) they clame that it is held up in customs.... NO i dont think it is held up.... And now they dont answer my mails.....

The store is called H&B stands for Hair and Boutique...If you're looking for a great stylist don't go here. I love box braids and various styles. Justeen Bellinger a stylist here is the worst and can't style braids. Her customer service is the worst, I was extremely unhappy with her technique. One of the hair stylist you wish you never met. I wish I had never met her or allowed her to style my hair.

I bough a dress from Tammy leigh nobel they were completely unprofessional. They did not make it clear on their website that it was preorder so I was trying to contact them to find out where my dress was! Their email was not working so I got no response. When I eventually found their Instagram she informed me my dress was on its way and would arrive the next day it didn’t arrive until 2 days later. I had gone on holiday therefore the 14 days had already gone by the time I received the item. I tried to contact the company over this and now she is just ignoring my messages. So unprofessional and won’t give me any clarification on the return. The dress was over 150 pound. I would not have ordered the dress if I knew I would of taken so long as I would be on holidays I would of waited until I came home.

Worst site iv ever used in my life. They dont even have a toll free number to call. Joke of a website
