What do you like best?

How seamlessly everything comes together to make a complete auction, from a beautiful online catalog to a pre-event online auction to event registrations, real-time reporting and the easiest close ever!

What do you dislike?

It can be a bit of a challenge converting people to the "new way" of running an auction event, but once they've seen it in action, they re believers too.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you have buy-in from your event chairs, they are the first and most important users. If they don't commit to using the software, you are wasting your money. BUT, if they do buy in, divide the duties appropriately and fill in the fields as required, the product is MAGIC and you will be very happy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easier on volunteers and event chairs, the online auction expanded the reach of our event, the electronic close made checkout a breeze and kept our guests happy. We saw double digit increases in revenue when we switched to bidcoz.
