What do you like best?
This is a helpful program that our IT department has used to remote into people's computers in order to assist with various technical issues someone may be having.
What do you dislike?
There can be a bit of a lag time when using it, but overall, I have no complaints.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a program that has many useful possibilities, but I think care and education needs to be used as some people may not want others remoting into their computers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The program allows IT professionals to remote into the computers of other employees to help them fix issues they may be having. This have been very useful for those who are not comfortable with technical things as they can let an IT professional take control.
What do you like best?
Its comprehensive, intelligent and easy to use.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I would say is sometimes the application takes a little longer than expected.

Mostly tracking g and configuring data and cloud security. I've noticed seamless integration and functionality and continuity
What do you like best?
Very useful solution went managing different applications that require different passwords and access credentials. This tools is effective in allowing you to access all your applications through a single sign on page.

The Bomgar solution has been very useful
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The Password Manager function is the main area that this solution provides tremendous benefit for me allowing me to manage multiple passwords for different applications in a single sign on environment.
What do you like best?
Bomgar is a great program that allows me to easily access and remote into other computers in order to help troubleshooting. It is easy to use with a personalized weblink OR allowing the individual to follow a link via email. This makes ease of access and the consumer feel safer with my actions.
What do you dislike?
Although Bomgar is great, if many of us are on it at the same time , we can not have enough licenses and run out. I would like it to automatically sign you out after a period of non activity so that people not in the office that forget to log out do not take a license when we need it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
having the ability to log out after a period of inactivity and improve the chat function so that techs, consumer, and worker can communicate more fluidly. I find the consumer as a hard time finding the chat and is unable to respond because they have a hard time finding it or accessing it. I would also like the screen to move more fluidly and to allow the loading and connection time occur faster.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use this for troubleshooting computers that are unable to talk through via phone line. This is anything the customer is having issues addressing via phone. This is beneficial in that we can keep security while addressing issues as well as not have to travel to each individual facing difficulties. It also allows us to go into private computers if our staff are working from home on their private computer and run into an issue. This allows us to know and asses show our software are impacting not just work computers but also home computers.
What do you like best?
What I like the most about this Software is the way in which security is implemented in the connection and its way of sharing screens between users, allowing the rapidity when solving a problem with the software.
It also keeps in memory the session beginnings of the implemented connections, which speeds up the process at the moment of reconnection.
What do you dislike?
The process of acquiring the software is not the most optimal, it is usually very cumbersome and more for inexperienced users. The configuration is also a bit tedious since it costs a bit to identify the support url and the technician with whom the communication will be established.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use Bomgar to make remote support inquiries regarding the software, I have not yet had to request support with respect to the account.
