They are well-organized, speak English perfectly, and they are very flexible and detail-oriented in their research

Make sure you have a well organized sales process, with a good CRM, responsive and professional team, as Belkins is going to fit into your process - don't expect them to work well with you if you're unorganized.

They have brought us leads, appointed meetings, which resulted in a couple of deals so far.

Dashly is a customer communication platform for your business. We help acquire customers with data collecting forms, nurture them with personalized automated messages. Belkins generates high-quality hot leads for our sales team.
What do you like best?
The most impressive about Belkins is that they are very detail-oriented. They measure every part of the funnel and provide very detailed marketing reports.
What do you dislike?
Hm, it seems to be super professional. We are not so long with Belkins, so there is nothing to dislike for now.
What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?
We have benefited greatly from the experience that Belkins has in SaaS. We found out that the agency developed several SaaS products inhouse and they grow these products together with the agency, so they know where we are coming from and what are the challenges that we face on a daily basis. Some of the problems that Belkins helped us overcome are:
1. Low-quality prospects in our database. (we were not able to achieve accurate leads’ information with other providers)
2. Spam problems with our emails. (every time we launched new campaigns we experienced low performance because of spam)
3. Low conversion into appointments (we knew that our conversion was below average)
As a result of our engagement, Belkins was able to address these 3 challenges and because of this, we had an increase in our pipeline by 200% in the first 3 months.
What do you like best?
I like the results of their work - high conversion rates in email responses and setting my appointments.
What do you dislike?
They start working with new projects only on the 1st and 15th of each month. I had to wait a few days. But the speed of their work compensated for this delay with the launch.
Recommendations to others considering the provider:
If you know your ideal customer profile Belkins can run your sales pipeline in 2 weeks. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to increase sales with a clearly predictable result.

I needed to find contacts of potential partners who would go to a specialized exhibition, and make appointments with them. Due to the high conversion, Belkins were able to schedule more meetings than I counted. I had to stay a few days more after the end of the exhibition.

Belkins has been helping us with the business development process: creating and running outbound campaigns, handling prospects and follow-ups, managing meetings. They are very professional and their internal processes are well developed. We were able to onboard them in a matter of days. They've been working with us very closely to understand our niche/domain and they've learned very quickly where our target market is.
What do you like best?
Profesionallism, resourcefulness, very prompt turn-around time when we need to ajdust or change something.
What do you dislike?
Nothing so far. They're working on a better recurrent invoicing system, but that's a small hassle at the moment.

Finding new prospects and evaluating our target markets, re-engaging with past prospects.

I had a large database of subscribers in my email marketing platform that were not getting our communication. A change in domain caused most of our emails to fall into spam folders almost immediately after the change. Belkins worked with us to help turn around the domain reputation and soon our subscribers where getting our emails again.
What do you like best?
Very available, knowledgable, and consistent.
What do you dislike?
I can't say there were shortcomings related to the service I worked with them on.

We went from almost none of our subscribers receiving our emails to nearly all.
