What are the best aspects of this product?
This invoicing software stands out in the market due to its great ease of use. It felt familiar and intuitive more or less immediately, and had a lot of great functionalities on top of their great UI!
I really like how it automates and streamlines the invoicing process - you can make the website send reminders and create recurring invoices directly if you want! Overall I have had a great experience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The website is still lacking in some of the functionalities of the bigger players in the market, but from what I have gathered from their customer support team, most of these are fast on their way.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Automated additions of payments to invoices; currently you have to add the payments manually.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The automation of invoicing has been of great help, and has saved me a lot of menial work over the past months.

What do you like best?
I switched from FreshBooks to BeeBills for a few reasons but the main one being that BeeBills is SO simple to use for EVERYone that is involved. While I am computer savvy some of my customers or clients are not and BeeBills has bridged the gap there. I like the automatic workflow feature the best.
What do you dislike?
I don't dislike anything so far about BeeBills.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is probably the single greatest invoice system out there. It is SO easy to use AND it is FREE to try!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
If you choose to "enroll" in the automatic workflow, your customers will get automatic reminders about the bills that are due. If they go unpaid they will be sent to "debt collection" and BeeBills notifies you on each step of the invoice process. This has been a great business tool and a great benefit.
Super invoicing software! Easy to use and lots of cool functions when invoicing. It really helps streamline and automate the process, totally recommend!!
