Worst experience ever.They make no effort to work with you once you sign on.They care only about the bottom line. Not impressed and once we get out of the contract, we will stay far far away.It's no wonder they are falling behind in the industry.

I left genuine review for sportsdirect, which in turn is managed by Bazaarvoice and they didn't approve review by saying"Your review cannot be approved at this time because it:directs business away"What is that? So we can only give positive reviews. What a mis use of genuine reviews. Bazarvoice Company have no ethics and they are not genuine review management company. Please learn something from trustpilot. Thanks.

In accordance to the CAN-SPAM ACT; a consumer is legally allowed to be instantly removed from a mailing list. A serves that uses Bazaarvoice.com, has sent me multiple email, and each time I have blocked and selected unsubscribe, and I get an error from there system saying that something went wrong. Please try again later.Yet they still send me emails no matter how many times I try, I tried calling them directly, and they said since I wasn't their 'client' they couldn't do anything about it. Which they are in direct violation of the above law.
