What do you like best?
Nothing really, i don't know why we switched to this platform or why even people like it.
What do you dislike?
I've used this platform for about 3 months now and it's seriously very very difficult to use. I regret the day my company moved towards using this platform. It is highly rated but very difficult to use if you have a lot of customers and campaigns. There is no bulk edit options and you can't edit all the details once the campaign is launched. You cannot open other tabs and work fast enough, the whole user interface looks like a windows 98 software and equals the slow performance. And lastly they have the worst customer support.

i dislike how the zip code reporting is not correct, and for one zip code, there are a few cities from a few different states from that one zip code.
