I like it to be a tool so easy and practical to manage, that gives you the possibility to add a personalized category

1. Dashboard - Hover option to view the modifications done.
2. Advance Search
What do you dislike?
1. Not able to create different bug status for different projects (like -> verified on dev build, verified on qa build, verified on staging build etc.
2. No different section is available to manage test cases, smoke tests etc and their reports according to the modification, execution dates.
3. After navigation to any ticket, must have an option of uploading and displaying image rather than link of the image.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has been very beneficial as tasks along with their status can be viewed easily.
