The preview of your site is poor quality. Looks awful and you can tell it needs a lot of tweaking. Once you get into the design editor, you're extremely limited at what you can do. You can only left align, right align or center photos and text. There's no way to just bump it over a little bit. Then the whole system is buggy. I tried to change images and sizing in multiple areas with not results. When I contacted customer support they said they could make the changes I needed but at a cost of $75 an hour! That's the trick right there. they make it nearly impossible to edit yourself and then charge you to do it. Also they charge you monthly for the site even if it isn't live yet. On any other DYI site builder you can build your site to completion and then when you're ready to go live you pick a subscription and start paying for it.
I gave them 2 projects to work on and they failed miserably at both. I'm a fair guy. I thought maybe the first job was a fluke but they churn out crap every time! It doesn't look good, they promise you the moon in order to get you to purchase the subscription  and then after you purchase they tell you their software can't do it. Then continuously charge you even when the site isn't live and issue no refunds whatsoever. I hate this company and all they stand for. May God have mercy on their crooked souls

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

I’m absolutely mortified with b12.I have been trying to get some straight answers from the b12 team and have been following up DAILY on several confirmed website updates that should have been completed Monday per a b12 email. It’s now Thursday. After having worked with b12 for a few months and submitting some sparkling feedback to surveys and reviews I am now completed 180’ed. How in the WORLD is it that I’ve been following up on an update request this whole week and not a single word on what the delay is???I need a phone call immediately before I go viral with my email chains and embarrassing idea that b12 has in terms of communication.

B12 has no clue how to set up a podcast website. Even with guidance (the theory of how it works), giving examples of other podcast websites they still cannot deliver on what they promised. They cannot do a simple embed to my podcast host site to this new website. They delivered a product with dead links. Once they launch the site you cannot contact them to get the problem fixed or your money back. I am thinking about walking away from them now altogether and writing off the fee they charged to build a website. My advise to others is to beware of this group before you hire them.

Stay far away! We were very clear about what we needed and were assured B12 could do it. They dragged us along, took our money, and then admitted they were never equipped to do what we needed. They have ignored our requests for a refund over the last several months. They ignore calls and emails. We paid them and walked away with absolutely nothing.
