I helped train volunteers for a non profit fundraiser on Auctria. It was incredible in keeping all aspects of the silent and live auctions organized. It was user friendly and efficient. We saved so much time in being able to pre-register guests. It was nice to simply run all registered credit cards at the end of the event. In the past it was pain to track down auction winners after the event ended as we did not have contact information for all guests.

There were certain parts of Auctria we had to adapt for our own purposes. Since I worked with a non-profit on this, it would have been nice to have a part more designated for a smaller group fundraiser. Maybe a non-profit version? There were a couple areas that didn't really apply to us.

Thanks for training the volunteers for the auction fundraiser- it really does take a team effort. As you stated Auctria is full of features that may not apply... but you never know for next time...we will be her for you. Hope all your future bids soar.

We use this software to organize donated items for a silent and live auction. The software takes some getting used to, but once you are familiar with the data entry it seems to go by quick.

It was hard to learn how to use it at first.

I like that the product is easy to use and that multiple users can access and work in the same auction.

I sometimes have trouble locating the correct type of report I want to run.
