What do you like best?
I helped train volunteers for a non profit fundraiser on Auctria. It was incredible in keeping all aspects of the silent and live auctions organized. It was user friendly and efficient. We saved so much time in being able to pre-register guests. It was nice to simply run all registered credit cards at the end of the event. In the past it was pain to track down auction winners after the event ended as we did not have contact information for all guests.
What do you dislike?
There were certain parts of Auctria we had to adapt for our own purposes. Since I worked with a non-profit on this, it would have been nice to have a part more designated for a smaller group fundraiser. Maybe a non-profit version? There were a couple areas that didn't really apply to us.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As a small arts and education based nonprofit, it is essential to develop and engage a strong donor base. Auctria makes this very easy and organized. The reports also made the data easy to access and made the payment process such a breeze. Training volunteers was also much easier compared to other systems.

We use this software to organize donated items for a silent and live auction. The software takes some getting used to, but once you are familiar with the data entry it seems to go by quick.

It was hard to learn how to use it at first.
