What do you like best?
It allows us to track uncaught javascript errors in production with great granularity.
What do you dislike?
It's a bit expensive for a pre-beta situation but will be well worth is once my startup gets into beta.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to track issues down to the user level is very helpful especially if for some reason a user's data is corrupted. Utilizing source maps to take us directly to the line of the error is very helpful. We also like the ability to open an issue in Jira from the Atatus site is awesome as well.

lot of features, easy to install and low on memory footprint
What do you dislike?
for website with many many query, dashboard can not keep up and going back further then 3 days would kill the dashboard and no data will return. i think just a "problem" of were and how to store data, maybe a differente engine will help this sorted out :)

slow magento1 and magento2 catalog, produt, homepage, checkout. very interesting all the feature and the semplicity fo the UI
What do you like best?
I use Atatus mainly for error tracking in my Angular web apps. It not only tells me when my clients have encountered an error, but the previous step that led up to that error. I can quickly research and fix the bugs. It also uses map files so that I'm not trying to decipher my minimized code.
What do you dislike?
The Atatus website itself is a bit slow moving between errors, or when moving between tabs in an error. There seems to be a lot of rendering of graphs, which are nice, but not necessary.

Before Atatus, the only way I knew if a Javascript error had occurred was the user telling me. Now I have full visibility into the errors my users get and the steps they took to get there.

Uso Atatus principalmente para el seguimiento de errores en mis aplicaciones web Angular. No solo me dice cuándo mis clientes han encontrado un error, sino el paso anterior que condujo a ese error. Puedo investigar y corregir rápidamente los errores. También usa archivos de mapas para no intentar descifrar mi código minimizado.
What do you dislike?
La página web de Atatus en sí es un poco lento para moverse entre errores, o cuando se mueve entre pestañas en un error. Parece que hay muchos renderizados de gráficos, que son buenos, pero no necesarios.

Antes de Atatus, la única forma en que sabía si se había producido un error de Javascript era que el usuario me lo dijera. Ahora tengo visibilidad completa de los errores que reciben mis usuarios y los pasos que tomaron para llegar allí.

ease of setup. slow requests log, error log breakdown.

Nothing so far. A bit on the expensive side.
