Two refunds in two weeks because support can't install the Astra into websites. The support promised that they will install, but they did not install.

Our Magento 1.9.4 website was hacked earlier this month and Astra Security not only unable to prevent the attack, they were also unable to remove the malware after giving them 4 full days to attempt. We ended up having to do a full restore on the website to get the site back running.

Those guys are beyond terrific. I am one of those very hard customers to please. For God's sake go to my Google reviews and all you'll see are complains. If I say that this service is beyond terrific that means those guys have gone beyond any expectations.I am truly satisfied with their service. They have done an amazing job securing my website and I feel very safe being with them. I have no worries at all when it comes to security now. Thanks to them.

I'm a very cynical customer usually, especially being a business owner myself. But this was hands down the best software company I have ever dealt with. I have never known a company reply back within minutes and because of that, I solved an issue and did not lose a sale. I have also solved some situations that I would have expected to go back & forth on for days. Solved in minutes. Not a single problem with this company. And the firewall is ridiculously vigilant. It's even blocked the same attack that brought me to them in the 1st place. Meant to be.
