What are the best aspects of this product?

Their mobile app and online interface is nicely done. Lots of powerful features that all arborist business needs. It is affordable, easy to view jobs and what status they are in which is always a huge advantage when it comes to keeping track of things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to create a more sophisticated live online booking platform.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

This platform provided me with everything I needed. So, I can not complain on anything in this software!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ArboStar platform has seamless workflow capabilities. It allows me to take customer information from the initial call and create estimates, work orders, and invoices. This ensures that the workflow is fast and error-free. Using this software, I can handle more workload and work with many more customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing much to complain about. However, I countered some bugs, which were quickly fixed.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have fallen in love with ArboStar’s ability to automate repetitive tasks. Lots of the tasks in my workflow have been automated, and now I have time to do other high priority activities. The ArboStar platform helped to automate tasks such as creating estimates and work orders.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took me some time to understand all the features of the platform. After that, it was smooth sailing and made my work easier.

This software is a lifesaver and ensures that you are able to serve more customers. It increases productivity and saves time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Allows me to generate all manners of reports, custom-tailored to my exact needs. Has excellent analytics as well that allow me to really present a concrete image of where our company is headed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Haven't encountered any major issues. It took me a while to get used to it from using QuickBooks, but once I did, it was worth it, as it's specific to the tree-care industry.

I'd recommend making the switch to any accountants out there in the arborist industry. If you can get your company to use ArboStar, it'll make your life a lot easier.

Very helpful analytics and report creation is a breeze. Very effective modules for dealing with invoices and data entry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A bit of a learning curve, but nothing compared to other more confusing software I've used in the past. There's an adjustment period like any software, but this one is quite brief.

An extremely useful and thorough app that works from both mobile and PC. Report generation and data entry are quick and intuitive. If you're an arborist business, this software is definitely worth it.
