What do you like best?
Its very easy to use and the functionality is perfect for our needs but it doesn't work as it should and this makes it useless for us.
What do you dislike?
It doesn't work. The system will display the dates but not the times on my device and 3 other devices I've used to access the software. I have a video from Appointedd showing my site with the days and appointment times showing but it won't show up on my micro site or my web site link. We have used other devices to see if we can get it to display but no joy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it works as advertised, I've had this problem since using the software and I think the support team just got fed up with trying to work out why this was happening. I have to remove the software from my website as it doesn't work and I'll miss bookings if I continue to use it. I have no confidence the support team can work out why its doing this and I have no confident the software will work as it should, I can't rely on the fact the support team can see the appointment times but we haven't been able to do that on any devices so far.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've sent numerous screen shots showing the appointment times don't show up, I've updated chrome, I've used other devices to access the software both on the micro site and via my web site link and it just doesn't show the appointment times which makes the software unusable. I've had this problem the whole time I've used the software.
If you need customer service, or at a bare minimum chat assistance, stay away. We had urgent issues that took days for them to respond. They respond at their convenience not yours. Even though I was assured their system could do what I needed, it didn't. It made such a mess of my appointment schedule.It cannot handle anything but straight forward scheduling. Absolutely no variances from what they programmed or sheer chaos happens. It actually allowed 27 appointments in 1/2 hour when the max was 10. Literally shut down my business because of it.
THEY WONT LET ME CANCEL AM TRYING TO CONTACT THEM AND THEU ARE NOT GETTING BACK TO ME - CONVENIENT FOR THEM!!!
There were already several issues that kept Appointedd from being a smooth calendar app, particularly trying to change an appointment time for a client almost never worked. I stayed with Appointedd for over a year because at least my customers found it easy and never had a problem, until about 3 weeks ago!3 weeks ago I began getting calls from customers that they were "timed out" while in the middle of booking even though they definitely didn't take nearly 7 minutes. Some customers were still able to book, but many weren't. After 3 weeks and probably losing a lot of customers, I got a message it was solved. The next day, I discovered that my top selling appointments were saying they weren't available for August or September! I dropped to ZERO sales for that item!!! I also couldn't ad any new time slots for that item.This was clearly an inernal programming issue yet their service contact wanted me to check everything from my end. I did go through everything on my end, just to be sure, but of course that resolved nothing. On a Friday at noon, when weekends are our busiest time, their Solutions Team that looks into their programming issues is away until Monday! This issue is going to cost me 1000's of $$$!
What do you like best?
Appointedd makes it super easy to allow clients to automatically set up meetings and other appointments from your booking site or link. I throw it into the signature of my emails so I don't need to remember to chuck it in each email. From there all appointments are made straight to my Google Calendar.
What do you dislike?
The pricing is quite high if you want the more premium features, however being able to book from Facebook or your website along with your emails makes for an all in one booking engine, however again the price jump is quite large.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quick and easy to setup and connects upto your Google cal easy. Can't really go wrong!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't need to send secondary meeting requests or have people send me requests through email anymore, everything is done straight from my email on the booking side, clients can see when I have slots open and can lock down a time when it suits each of them.
