What do you like best?
The low learning curve in which new users can start making their own reports and publish them.
What do you dislike?
The license model is a bit too strict, but good enough for big companies.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest benefit we are realizing is that we have real time insight in processes that in the past were like black boxes.

It gives me insight into my apps so I can easily monitor them.

It takes a bit to get used to the software.

To get faster and easier acces to information.

KPI dashboard software can deliver real time reporting. So you can receive data analytics, that's the reason why you will use this software.
What do you dislike?
The software is very easy to use but not usefull for every company. It could be usefull for bigger companies than the one we have used to. With 4 employees.

I didn't solve any extra with this software. Some free software will be even helpfull for us. So that's why i wrote on the dislike, it will be usefull for companies with 30-40 or more employees.

Command center and visualizations are very useful.

Business reports have inadequate real time data visualization.

Meaningful and timely decisions from the insights gleaned from the data on dashboards and command center. Benefits are in the form of extremely valuable insights.
