What do you like best?
Really smooth product and interface with a lot of features. Honestly one of the more interesting offerings in the space

Nothing, really. but it ended up being a little more than was necessary for us.

Generally improvements for company meetings across different offices from one-on-ones to all-hands
What do you like best?
- It is very easy to invite people to meetings to interact easily through their system.
- Within the meetings, it is easy for everyone to collaborate and jointly design the action plan that they intend to carry out or the projects they are working on. It promotes a more effective collaboration.
- It has a simple interface, careful and by which one can move smoothly, since all the menu and configuration elements are well placed.
What do you dislike?
Having multiple options for the meetings took a little time for the staff to adapt to their use. It is also somewhat complex to work from the beginning using design and collaboration tools during the meetings, since a prior tutoring must have been carried out in order to extract the full potential of this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Working to make collaboration among the workers of the company more productive is something that must be done within any company. Amazameet helps to better organize meetings to better design projects and also to increase collaboration among employees.

The meetings we do in the company are now much more profitable. It has allowed us to better define the points we want to design in a meeting and the role of each person within the project.
Amazemeet also encourages workers to present their ideas or make suggestions easily during the meetings. This allows for a brainstorm that encourages more changes in a project and increases the capacity for teamwork.
What do you like best?
This system is very versatile because it allows me to carry out remote meetings with my work team, no matter where they are. The Amazemeet interface is very easy and friendly, and allows a person who does not have much technological knowledge to manipulate it and organize good and participatory work meetings.
I like it also because it allows me to have long hours of meetings and very dynamic where when you realize the time you will see that you flew by, in case a meeting is not given, it emits an alert warning the incident quickly what they call today in real time.
What do you dislike?
Something I did not like is the little bibliography in terms of the management of the system, it is true that the system is very easy to manage but has many functions that one as a user feels overwhelmed by so many tools. Although thank God there is a very good technical support team capable of giving you all the help possible.

It is definitely necessary for every business to have this system, not only for its versatility but also for the dynamism involved in holding meetings. If you are not satisfied with our opinion, you can use the trial version and learn more about this system before buying it.

Thanks to this system we can know the way of thinking of our team based on the participations they make during the meeting. Since for me and the management team it is vital to be able to know the appreciations of our team.
I also like this system because it allows us to save time in making decisions and to generate a more open environment in listening to the opinions of each member of the work team. It is possible to integrate this system with emails in order to get information faster.
What do you like best?
The time savings that this software provides is one of the best things. Amazemeet's canvas helps make group meetings easier to organize and the opinion and contribution made by each of them is well structured. In addition everyone can participate in the design of the meeting.
Another important thing is that we can all comment on the agenda that the meeting will follow, the key points the purpose and make any change in real time, that is, it is all really dynamic and generates that all are active participants, so get that Meetings are more effective and save time.
What do you dislike?
Having a program with multiple options for online meetings is positive, but at first learn how to create meetings, generate the agenda, introduce contributions, use the canvas correctly, all this takes a time of learning.
So the only negative thing is that you have to coordinate with the employees to show them how everything works well before using it.

Effective communication in a company is something that must be taken into account. With this software you can improve the quality of the meetings, save time in explanations and also get a saving of resources, so it is a positive way to improve business communication.

We have managed to generate much more participatory meetings and where everyone has the possibility to express their opinion or modify aspects in real time.
We have also eliminated the need to make several meetings later or additional explanations after the meeting, since everything is clear in a single meeting, we save a lot of time before the multiple possibilities of exposure that the program has that generates not only more active participation, but greater quality of participation.
We have reduced communication through other systems such as emails that were more ineffective and we have also saved time in that sense, by having a more reciprocal and faster communication.
What do you like best?
Amazemeet saves me a lot of time wasted on email communication back and forth. Pretty simple and straight forward, just invite people to the meeting and they have no problem figuring out how to navigate. I use it for 80% of my own online meetings, from mastermind call to monthly client meeting, also for my staff.
What do you dislike?
Teaching my staff the system took some time. Also to keep them accountable on using it.

Use the trial first and get as many people from your team on the software as possible.
