We don’t need a separate program for our SMS broadcasts.

The features, I love that it has an app and desktop view. I enjoy reviewing the overall summary and ability to make my line busy etc.
What do you dislike?
I miss calls and I don’t like the end wrap up feature (I understand the use) but forget about it. It’s a little difficult to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clear out the issues of calls not coming in. Notifications is an issue. Also calls not coming to my phone via app but instead on the computer desktop
