The front end is visually appealing. Great use of CSS.

L'UI est très bien faite, il est simple d'utiliser Akeneo.
Le code est clair, bien organisé, et basé sur Symfony.
Le support est plutôt réactif.
What do you dislike?
Globalement les performances, tant à l'affichage que lors d'imports et d'exports.

Il faut être vigilent avec Akeneo lors des montées de version qui ne sont jamais simples à effectuer.

Akeneo s'intègre parfaitement dans les projets ecommerce en fournissant une brique de PIM convainquante
What do you like best?
Akeneo is a good solution very easy to use & user friendly.
For developers, the code is not complicated & it's possible to develop new features fastly using all symfony features.
The solution is not expensive for all provided functionalities.
What do you dislike?
The priorities should be reviewed. In fact, some customers can't use the application because of the global performances : for me, it must be an issue that to fix as soon as possible.
The interface is important but should not impact global performances.

Akeneo should review their priorities & improve global performances of the application.

As an integrator, I can't answer.
What do you like best?
- Easy to use, customisable and compatible with many platforms and technologies.
- Good for large teams and the ability to set specific user roles for each team member.
What do you dislike?
Code is not very tidy and difficult to customise sometimes. Also some bugs have been found when using MongoDb causing memory leaks.

Customising product attributes, adding new features and solving some bugs encountered
What do you like best?
Easy to import changes. Easy to add your products from multiple suppliers. Good connectors for Magento. Slack team is very helpful.
What do you dislike?
Updating to newer versions is a hassle. New ui is not intuitive. Akeneo 2 far more server demanding than Akeneo 1. Countless bugs. Requires a lot of third-party assistance to keep running. Outdated documentation.

We use Magento and it allows us to quickly manage our product information before pushing changes to Magento.
