What do you like best?
Airbase is a quick and easy way to process payments. Doesn't require too many hoops to jump through and the security of each payment is top notch.
What do you dislike?
There isn't much I dislike about airbase.

We can process payments quickly and easily.
What do you like best?
Ownership and credentials for recurring cost are at your fingertips. No more worries about rogue recurring costs. All spending (recurring or ad hoc) and vendors are easily managed via dashboard. Limits and approvals are simple to set which allows 100% control and no unexpected legacy charges since credential ownership is tracked (with audit capability!)
Airbase physical cards work just as well as competitors but Airbase has a more robust level of charge visibility and easy to use card management. BTW, a very good thing: physical card transactions are NOT integrated into accounting via journal entries (some of you accounts will greatly appreciate this).
What do you dislike?
Airbase plays well with Xero. Decent integration with the general ledger and bank reconciliation.
Drilling down to Airbase initiated transactions is standard procedure and links are provide for each transaction (virtual card or otherwise). Airbase can be accessed with a click of a button in Xero - however, it would be great to have the transaction link as a click-through as well (recently requested).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Aside from the obvious spending management benefits, I encourage companies to take a good hard look at Airbase physical card solution and compare to alternative vendors.

Airbase enables a complete view of spending (other than payroll). Ownership of vendor relationship, credentials, and spending limits have been key in helping our clients manage costs. Very often, a company doesn't know what it doesn't know in terms of what employee signs up for recurring costs/charges. When an employee transitions, recurring costs can continue for months for vendors/software/subscriptions that are no longer used or needed. Managing and auditing these costs through Airbase has helped us fine tune expenses - and most importantly - avoid "cost surprises."

What do you like best?
* Helped me streamline the entire spend process at Coda.io - I route most expenses through the platform - everything from software to travel to one-off expenditures.
* Incredibly easy to use - I have never trained an employee on how to use Airbase. They log in, and it's clear what they should do.
* It creates tremendous peace of mind on spend - I don't worry about vendors charging us more than they should, people buying software they don't need, and card numbers getting stolen.
* Visibility - It's easy to know what has already been purchased, who purchased it, and how much are we spending.
* Keeps getting better - Airbase started with just digital credit cards but the tool is quickly replacing all types of spend management software internally.
What do you dislike?
* Mobile app still catching up to desktop, but moving quickly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's no reason to do a traditional credit card program in businesses with Airbase around. Works better and much less risk of fraud.

Had to solve for managing spend across a 50+ person team that was growing. We had lots of credit cards, recurring spend was happening on random employee cards, and it was impossible to manage. Airbase came and we were able to route the majority of our spend through the platform and set up lots of audits to make sure we weren't paying for things we didn't need.
