What do you like best?
Simple and it works. UI is times better than other older products we used for Google Apps / G Suite backup. Very few failed backups and even when backup fails error messages are mostly useful / actionable and their support is quick to help.
They also recently added backup dashboard which shows not only backup status but also user activity and security warnings (shared sensitive data etc
What do you dislike?
Advertised AI does not seem to be in there

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Backup of G Suite, mostly files on Google Drive and Gmail. We retain data forever even for G Suite accounts that get deleted - something that cannot be done easily with standard Google tools, as Google Vault removes all G Suite account data if it gets deleted. This is also our safeguard in case we need to migrate to O365 (the tool allows to restore from G Suite to O365 or download email messages & files offline
What do you like best?
We use it as a G Suite backup and archiving tool for G Suite email and file shares. We never had any issues with backup failures or restore. The best feature is the ability to create custom administrator roles, and even limit access to backup data to G Suite admins.
What do you dislike?
I would like to see more automation workflows for corporate signature management and for user off boarding (auto-creation of aliases and reassignment of permissions).
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Smooth backup of all G Suite data, no issues. Support is responsive and helpful unlike our previous backup provider.

The interface is simple & clear, no errors or technical issues with the product.
What do you dislike?
We lack some custom features needed for our use cases - like being able to consolidate multiple users' Drives into a single Shared Drive, or being able to share O365 files with external G Suite users.

Backup and arhive for shared files and email communications.

We liked the performance and application UI that is faster than the older product we we've used

We'd like to have access to reporting API unavailable in standard pricing plan

they have a single UI for office 365 and G Suite. We didn't see it in other solutions (it's always separate apps)

What do you like best?
Simple interface, reliable service without confusing error messages. Fast customer support (we're based in the US, their support is based on Atlanta. Useful protection summary and dashboard providing overview of your infrastructure and any problems.
What do you dislike?
1. Potentially would be good to have protection summary & alerts sent to administrator's email
2. add integration with Active Directory
3. increase speed of initial (first backup - it took us one day to backup our entire account for the firs time
