What do you like best?
The tool does offer an in-depth report on rankings and it probably one the most accurate tools with a difficult task.
What do you dislike?
The UI is dated and not intuitive. It's expensive and slow - sometimes I had to leave it running overnight. These days, I prefer using Google Webmaster tools and manual checking. There are other tools that are much easier to use and you can get similar results. The SERP paradigm is changing and so I think a tool like these needs to be more agile to keep up with the nuances of ranking.

What do you like best?
AWR gives us a comprehensive look at the entirety of our keyword bucket markets. AWR helps us quickly gauge newcomers in the space & helps us target the success of their strategies.
What do you dislike?
It may be the sizable research that I'm performing, but AWR freezes during project updates or causes my PC to crash a lot. It can be extremely frustrating when pulling reports that take 2-3 days that may crash halfway through.
Also, this is a fairly heavy tool. While I normally don't complain about extra features, there are plenty of AWR features that I never touch.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use AWR for Top Sites competitive research, market clickshare ratios for predetermined keyword buckets and data collection for forecasting.
What do you like best?
All my data is in one place. The connection with search console and keyword planner.
What do you dislike?
Updating rankings in google always takes time for any solution one may choose. But for AWR it takes up to 24 hours. Which is REALLY annoying if you are doing keyword research and just want to get on with it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to actively do keyword research and keep momentum it is not a perfect solution. After adding keywords you will need to wait up to 24 hours before it is updated.

I think the interface is great, it’s one of the easiest keyword tracking tools for usability, the report options are also great.
What do you dislike?
I’d like more options to be able to personalise branding of keyword reports in order to provide the client with a white label product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find as many keywords you’re ranking before at the start of the campaign and implement them into the tracking system in AWR.

Tracking keywords weekly to ensure any drops in visibility are tracked and course corrected as soon as possible. I’d also like the ability to add dates notes to keywords.
