Very dodgy. Autosigns you into an annual subscription without authorization after free trial, keeps billing you. no way of cancelling it yourself. if you do cancel you have to pay upfront fees, and they cancel all your pre-paid credits. In my case, they said you'd be able to have more time to use credits free, that why won't sign you up for another 12 months, and yet, they automatically did. Unrealiable and unprofessional business practices. I suggest you avoid if you can. it's a rip-off.

I've invested lots of work in it and after I moved to another country, they claimed I had registered in a wrong country and now they blocked my account and stole my money. I hope that KARMA will hit them big time 100x. Stay away from Fotolia and Adobe.com. They should be prosecutet and sent to jail.

Dodgy practises when it comes to their stock subscription. Autorenew your plan each year and if you don't cancel within a short window in the last month, you are consigned to another 12 months subscription under threat of unfair cancellation fees if you wish to leave.Went to cancel a plan only 1 day into the new contract and they were threatening 50% annual cancellation fee. This is unfair and wouldn't hold up under Australian Consumer Law.After much back and forth on the support line, insisting 50% fee was due, they finally backed down and cancelled the plan. This has been going on for years with many disgruntled past users mentioning the same problems online.

ScammersPut me into a 12 month contract without informing me. Tried to charge me £107 for leaving!If you leave, you lose access to everything you've paid for.I contacted support who waived the fee (after trying to get me to sign up to other plans).Apparently there is also a loophole you can use to cancel.
