What do you like best?
Absolutely nothing, the mobile experience is not existent. Support links are never working
What do you dislike?
Interface, rendering, lack of support, price. Poorly coded and live performance are even worse.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look for other services that are actually selling a finished product, Adobe Sign is at it primitive alpha stage still. Totally worthless!

I have now more problem than before since I was promised a service that I can not deliver to users
What do you like best?
This is the first time I'm trying to use Adobe Sign and it simply doesn't work. I've been kicked off 7 times now over the span of a few hours and told to try again. When I reach out to Adobe via the chatbot on their site, I can barely get a response. I was told I'd get a call when they had an answer. That was hours ago. I'm trying to send a contract for signature. Adobe is supposed make my life easier. Instead it is consuming half my day.
What do you dislike?
Doesn't work. Terrible customer service. Why do they have a product that isn't even on line? I've wasted an entire afternoon trying to get an answer from them. The only reply on their chatbot is that I need to be transferred to a different group. Are you kidding me? It's been 4 hours since I started trying to send a a contract for signature.

I want to get a contract signed. I have realized ZERO benefits and have wasted half my day. I'm an Adobe subscriber and I want to keep this aspect of my business with the same software, which is the only reason I'm still trying.
What do you like best?
I was on a trial and was not not offered any help or support. I was gacing an issue and was told i need to purchase tge product before support can help.

Support is not helpful with issues encoured by new cistomer

Esignatures
What do you like best?
Nothing. It is near unusable now. Basic functionality has yet to be added to the new interface. It got so bad they brought back the old interface for a short period of time likely due to the howls of their enterprise customers given how unusable the new UI is.
What do you dislike?
The whole product. The interface is just unusable.
What's hilarious is the old version worked great! It was a bit dated, but it worked fine and everything was intuitive and easy.
They then brought in some committee or team of interns that got halfway through and then pushed 'deploy.'
I'm not the guy who complains about every new app redesign; I get it that there is give and take with every new launch. However, many features are just flat out missing in this launch and months and months later they still are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look anywhere else. Docusign has worked great for years; RightSignature got bought by Citrix and is not as easy to use as it used to be but still a great option.
Anything but Adobe Sign. Their support also sucks, in case you were wondering. Live chat transferred me three times to answer a basic question and all three agents didn't understand the question and couldn't provide an answer.

It used to be amazing, if basic. It worked and it was competitively priced. Now Adobe has ruined it.

Nothing, I want out of this stupid thing, I used it once and do not want to be charged again, but there is no place for me to tell you this so I will write on what ever pops up. Is that 40 characters yet??

I want to not bay for something I don't want .
