I am so disappointed with this company. I bought the lifetime deal but nothing works in their website. Firstly I clicked on a tutorial video for help...nothing there, then I tried to embed a video that I uploaded onto my website...their embed code was not complete, so it wouldn't work. I even tried to get help from my website hosts who are really good and they told me it was an incorrect code, so I went back to the chat on Adilo and have waited for over 40m but no one is answering the chat messages. Shocking customer service. Site doesn't even work. I want my money back!

I bought the "lifetime" plan now the company does not honor it. They then sold me on the growth plan at a discount. I used their service for about year. The video hosting is okay, but the customer service is horrible. They make canceling very difficult. Nowhere to cancel my subscription easily. Wasted over an hour with their support on chat. I will not recommend this company. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Their platform is not worth it because of the bad customer service.

I cannot express how awful this video hosting is. First, the customer support is, by far, the worst I have ever encountered.There is literally ONE person doing support that does not even know the company's own policies. So, besides receiving incorrect/opposing information (that is CLEARLY written on the site) she doesn't even get back to you, even though the chat says "read" on your messages. So, not a "thanks, I'll look into that" or "hold on a little longer, I'm checking". Just RADIO SILENCE for hours or days. When I can see that my message is read, just IGNORED. And, oh yeah - the service just shuts down all the time. Like, none of my videos work for like, 10 minutes? An hour at a time sometimes. I don't know. That's just when I check. When is it happening when I'm not looking? I don't know.And, the site was put together so haphazardly. Certain functions that are STANDARD on, like EVERY other single video host are not even functional on this one.It's so bad. Save your money. I'm switching and will gladly pay a significant amount more for a site that WORKS with customer service that TALKS TO ME.UPDATE - So, I wrote this review earlier today and now it's happened AGAIN - ALL of my videos are GONE and there's an 502 bad gateway error message on my site where the videos SHOULD be. To top it off, I can't even sign into Adilo. It's like they've locked me out or the entire site is down. THIS IS VERY VERY BAD.

Wish the UI was a little more mobile friendly with some of the extensive features offered but hopefully it will soon be.

I've only had a few days to test the product, but I can't tell if I'm going to keep it. I only had time to review the UI, Help, and explore a few features. The interface is very simple, clean and intuitive. For a non tech savvy like me, I find it surprisingly easy to get into the process of creating a project and uploading videos. But videos take very long to load, a 2 GB MP4 takes more than 6 hours! Actually, my first video is still uploading.Hope that digging into the rest of the options, I'll find more promissing features.
