Lousy spammers, does not take customer privacy serious. Makes several serious violations and learns nothing from it. Do not share any personal information with these guys, it will hunt you forever, everywhere.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
I highly recommend Addigy because it can do tons of things from scripting to scheduled software and device maintenance. This is the best Mac management software there is.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There has to be a better way to organize policies. The elements in the dashboard can also be improved and organized better.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Addigy solves almost every issue I had with maintaining different Apple devices.

I love Addigy because of its custom policies and its ease of use!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Encountered a few bugs, but the team easily resolved it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It makes managing our Macs easier! Providing support to various Mac users is now a piece of cake.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the interface because it's super user-friendly! Their support team is also highly commendable because they are always ready to help and are working hard to continuously improve the software!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish they would add a bulk/mass editing function in future releases.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is helpful to us and our clients we are now able to provide a secured mobile device management system for them. We can also now do patch management!

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how easy it is to enroll new devices! It helps in auto-configuring new devices.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They don't have phone support for real-time troubleshooting. It would also be better if they would allow users to easily see the devices and their issues in the report.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Addigy helps us a lot with our work -- from DEP to reporting. Remote management of devices was also made possible!
