What are the best aspects of this product?
Their automation system is very user-friendly. The flow-chart interface made it very easy to follow the steps when creating an email campaign. They're drag and drop templates (and they have A LOT of templates!) was very convenient too.
I'm also very satisfied because we were able to hit our target number of contacts with the help of ActiveTrail's marketing automation which was an immense help in building personalized automated customer journeys, and in creating the landing pages that the captured contact information from our visitors..
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice if they had promos like the special savings on one-year programs. But since their various payment schemes are already flexible, not having that promo is quite understandable.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The biggest challenge we had as a budding business was growing audience with our limited budget. Compared with other software, ActiveTrail's gave us much room to grow our contact lists. ActiveTrail prices 1,000 contacts at $12 (the competitor prices the same number of contacts for $10). And to think that ActiveTrail has all the integration the competitor has and more. Just from that, deciding was a no-brainer for us.

What are the best aspects of this product?
ActiveTrail is packed with complete email automation features. I love how detailed their data analytics is. It also lets me customize templates, without having to tinker with CSS and HTML codes -- all drag and drop! The best part is, there's an option to integrate it with SMS marketing. It's really an all-in-one platform for marketers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Design. I hope they can come up with a more beautiful user interface.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More templates for marketing agencies. More designs with a more beautiful and enticing layout / imagery.

When I was new to digital marketing, I had such a hard time figuring out all the tools and automation platforms. But, ActiveTrail makes it easy to learn all that, with a user-friendly platform.

User friendliness is the best thing about ActiveTrail. Plus, they tutored me through video call about how to use the email automation program.

I think it needs more newsletter and email templates.

I'd like for this marketing automation software to have the ability to analyze the data from the blog and social media accounts. Basically, more big data for a more well-rounded and cohesive marketing campaign, apart from the email marketing. I'd als

What do you like best?
I like that the interface in the software is incredibly easy to use to affectively start an email marketing campaign. It allows businesses to help keep track of promotions and especially small business is starting out. I like how you can monitor all your email marketing campaigns with this program. I also like how it allows you to keep track of everything you’ve done or everything yet to do. Such a sufficient amazing program.
What do you dislike?
I don’t like how the SMS feature is incredibly buggy still needs to be worked out but its Incredibly easy to not mind everything else doubles for what it lacks.

I think you need to look at all the prices and give this a free trial spin it monitors everything you do and everything you have yet to do so keep at it and I’m pretty sure you’ll be able to have an effective marketing campaign for your company.

This is a great program for small businesses and business is a like to start out email marketing campaigns it’s pretty much the iOS/Apple for business is starting an email campaign. Marketing sufficiently and accurately as possible it does all the dirty work for you. I also like how it implements effective marketing through email and walks you through if stuck. It also effectively help some marketing campaigns for those that know how to do it and those that don’t this effectively executes an email marketing campaign
