What do you like best?
I don't work super closely with actitime, but I gauge from the team that does that it is flexible enough for our needs. I believe it is serving our needs adequately.
What do you dislike?
I don't really have too much feedback on dislikes. I think this product is serving us very well in terms of tracking time and managing a big project that we have with an outside stakeholder.

We are solving the problems of tracking time on a large, cross company project. We also need to track time with an outside stakeholder

It is web based and very detailed. It includes email reminders and customization for your organizations products.
What do you dislike?
Does not integrate with AD or other products very easily..

Ability to pull forward only categories that you previously reported on. Keeps the interface clean.

Organization of time tracking buckets can get a little messy. Find by searching helps to alleviate this though.

This program offers different tools that are used to track the work done by different employees, this allows us to maintain an efficient work without interruptions, one of the main features of this program is that it offers many options in one place, the program can manage the access of different users, all this allows you to register only through some company, this avoids the doubts of having to enter from the same user. This program is really easy to use, so it is only necessary a little explanation for them to understand how it works.
What do you dislike?
actitime is very useful, but it can be a system with a somewhat high price, so many companies may simply not take it into account.

I recommend this program mainly for companies that have a certain number of employees, since from the use of this application is achieved to automate the calculations of different work time and payments of employees, I recommend to try this program and decide whether to pay for it.

This program has allowed to save a great amount of time to the company, allowing to have a control of the employees, knowing the time of work and the payments to make, something that previously took a lot of time and had to be calculated employee by employee, something that from the use of actiTIME has turned this task into something less heavy and tedious.

actiTIME allows you to keep all the projects and tasks of the company organized in one place, it is a very useful tool currently and can be used in any company.
actiTIME has all the necessary functions that allow you to schedule and follow up the various daily tasks of the company or schedule the pending projects to be done.
Some of the main functions of actiTIME are:
- It allows you to have a follow-up time on a weekly time sheet.
- Follow up on pending tasks.
- Collect data using useful reporting tools.
- Obtain accurate information for customer billing.
- Analyze the cost of various work activities.
What do you dislike?
The free version has certain limited or unavailable functions, they should implement 3, 6 and 9 month plans, so they could offer better price plans.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend any company to use this tool because it is very useful, by using actiTIME you can better track most of the company's activities, thus achieving better performance and profitability for the company.

With actiTIME we have managed to do a much more organized work, because we can follow up on all the projects and daily tasks of the company.
The application available for smartphone is an excellent complement because it allows access to this platform from anywhere, so we can track all the activities that happen in the company while we travel, we are in a meeting or anywhere else.
