What do you like best?

Has tons of things that don't work properly.

What do you dislike?

This system is the worst I have ever used. The customer service is unable to help me no matter what issue we have. They have ruined 2 performance reviews for my company and lost information that we worked on for months. I definitely will discourage anyone from paying for a system that never works properly.

What do you like best?

Having a single portal for all HR, including appraisals, applying for leave etc is a great idea.

What do you dislike?

The user experience is just awful, and have ended up emailing docs as system often just hangs. The navigation is confusing - frequent tasks are not signposted, and you end up clicking a lot of times before you find what you need. Chat support is slow / non-existent in my recent experience.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Am sure HR have found some benefits, but as a manager / user, it creates problems rather than solves them.

I was extremely disappointed with People HRs level of customer service. After reaching out on their IM messaging with an issue I had to wait well over 30 minutes. After replying then to a message from a member of staff asking to access the system ( I responded and gave access in 3 minutes) I had to wait a further 25 minutes to get a reply. After asking me another question to which I immediately answered I was kept waiting again. Whilst waiting an age for response I even rang their office and was told I needed to just hold on and wait for IM messenger replies. I eventually gave up after waiting nearly 2 hours in total. When I tried to ring the office again ( still in office hours) to complain no one answered!

A weird experience. We decided on implementing PeopleHR but it did not meet with our expectations as a multi-site, flexible organisation. Unengaged implementation consultant that obviously had no hand over from the sales process. Also, some things on the platform were very UK-based and not customisable. When we tried to give our feedback to improve our cooperation I was contacted by an executive manager. I was not allowed to reach out to our sales rep or senior manager to understand where things had gone wrong, even though those were the persons we had had all the conversations with during the sales phase. We took the hurtful decision to cancel the project and look for a better platform with a provider that we felt was more customer oriented.

Garbage software, does not have basic functionality for tracking.You cant lock period after payroll processed, you cant have proper vacation accruals done automatically (even through they say you can) you cant stop it either! This is at the time I am writing the review. The way query works also make it a lot of work outside the software in excel to get results for payroll. If you are looking for a software just for logging employee history/information, this is not bad, if you want something more - time tracking, vacation tracking/logging, etc - take my advice don't even think about getting this. We have been using (suffering) for the last year or so with PeopleHR.Sub standard after sales support too, I was in the middle of conversation (through chat) yesterday, and this guy Tom left without saying anything because it was end of office time! Wow!Edit: We have been on and off with customer support (via calls) with PeopleHR multiple times, the result did not get any better, a total waste of time.Basic Missing Functionality:1) Cannot lock a period (even after payroll processed)2) Cannot keep track of accrued vacation for Salaried employees (it allocates vacation at the beginning of year - PeopleHR thinks it should not be accrued - in my short career I have not seen anyplace where vacation is not accrued)3) For Hourly employees - you have to manually input all the worked hours for accruing, even if the system already has it in another place called time-sheet. 4) Does not tell whether a employee is eligible for sick days/based on criteria (there is no way to set it up) you have to keep track of it out of system5) We have spoke with a lot of customer support, not one person gave us suggestion what our setup should be based on context, They go on and on and on about their functionality. Whenever you ask - given this situation what should the setup be - they reply generically implying we have to figure it out ourselves.
