What are the best aspects of this product?

This easily replaced a lot of software pieces. It's able to monitor my finances. It's a full-fledge CRM. It handles invoicing, project lifecycles, payment, and a host of others. They're constantly adding new functionality. I'm happy to have waited it out while they were working out several things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their e-mail management functionality wasn't something worth rambling about. While it's showing e-mails that I've yet to respond within the system, responding to them externally makes it impossible to manage through 17Hats. I'm still resorting to G-mail for managing e-mails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having a project workflow, CRM, and invoicing in a single place. A visual reminder is available to know where I'm at with every client I deal with. A quick approach for updating templates is available for any client I deal with.

I can say that this system is easy to use and I like how it simplified my workflow and it allows me to be more focus on work and my goals iunstead of dealing with other things around. Also, its support team is always willing to help, they always listen to their customers and release new changes and features within the program.

The mobile application needs some improvements because I often using the mobile version, it’s more simple to check some things on the go.

I can be more focus on real things for running my business. Thankfully, I don’t have to use Word, Excel, Quickbooks and other tools. 17Hats helps me to simplified my workflow and to do things better than before.

What are the best aspects of this product?

17Hats is easy enough to navigate once you're familiar with it. I like how it made things simpler for my business. It shifted my concentration to work instead of dabbing in backend tasks. I can't imagine going anywhere without it! Their customer support are constantly listening to feedback and bringing out the desired changes, so everyone is happy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There a number of things lacking in their mobile app. While they've done a number of things to improve it, it's still better to log in via my smart device on any browser rather rather use their mobile app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now allocate more time of my photography thanks to 17hats. Before, I had to just about everything on Excel, Quickbooks, Word, and everything else. And that was all a mistake. 17hats took the monkey off my back and did everything in improving my business.

It's an awesome platform. They take user feedback seriously. The platform is constantly updated. 17Hats saved ne a significant number of hours by letting me create templates with just about anything under the sun. Some of these creations include quotes, e-mails, calendar integration, PayPal integration, contact/lead capture forms, and a host of others. Many thanks for making my job so much easier!

Absolutely nothing! It functions really well! They're constantly taking in feedback for the sake of improving their platform. I'm looking forward to what's in store in their next software update.
