Marg 10to8

I scheduled a call which was delayed. Customer service agent was not very knowledgeable during the call. Could not answer any of my questions and it was apparent he wasn’t listening to me properly. Overall very incompetent. I waited a day to receive a response to the call. No new information was provided. I complained and repeated several of the questions I needed answering. I requested to be given a different customer service agent or to be given the contact details of a manager. This was refused. All in all a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t advise you use this company. Rude, unhelpful and incompetent.

Absolutely disgusted with the service, or should I say lack of service, received from this company. I have used 10to8 for years and have had repeated issues where they don't refresh my monthly allowance of appointment bookings meaning I am unable to book in any more appointments which causes huge disruption to my business. I have sent them 2 messages via the form on their website, 1 email and even attempted their live chat. NOT ONE SINGLE REPLY OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Impossible to find a number to call to actually speak to someone. When the system works it is just about okay, it has issues with refreshing meaning I often double book appointments causing annoyance for my patients and myself. When something goes wrong they are useless. I will not be using 10to8 anymore in the future. They have a system where you can get the support team to call you back by booking an appointment with them. No appointments available for 7 days. 7 days where I can't book a single patient in is not acceptable at all.

I am SO angry. I've been having problems with 10 to 8 on and off for months with the calenders not syncing and it NEVER gets resolved. I am BEYOND frustrated. It's just caused me huge pain with a new student who booked for a lesson. It told her 16:30 and me 15:30. She'd cancelled another booking and been charged so she's out of pocket and so am I. I'm also going to have to work for FREE to make it up to her even though this was 10 to 8s fault not mine. Please 10 to 8, sort out these issues once and for all....I am a one woman band and this is screwing my business. I prize myself on excellent customer service and you're making that impossible
